Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SOC·AI (soc-ai.app), operated by Evera48 LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SOC·AI is an AI-powered detection engineering platform that generates SIEM rules, analyzes vulnerabilities, parses logs, creates incident response scripts, and provides cybersecurity education. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude).

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SOC·AI. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Passwords must meet NIST SP 800-63B requirements (minimum 12 characters).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use SOC·AI to develop offensive exploits, malware, or tools intended to harm systems or individuals.
• Submit classified, top-secret, or legally restricted data without organizational authorization.
• Attempt to extract the underlying AI model weights or system prompts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
• Resell or redistribute SOC·AI outputs as a competing commercial service.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free tier: 5 queries per day, all 6 AI modules, 15 Beginner lab scenarios. No credit card required.

Pro ($29/mo): Unlimited queries, all 50 lab scenarios, export capabilities, priority response.

Student ($14/mo): Full Pro access with .edu email verification.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

SOC·AI outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. Specifically:

• Detection rules may produce false positives or miss actual threats.
• CVSS scores and CVE details should be verified at nvd.nist.gov.
• MITRE ATT&CK technique IDs should be verified at attack.mitre.org.
• Incident response scripts must be tested in isolated environments before use.
• All outputs are marked "TEST BEFORE USE" — this is not optional guidance.

You assume full responsibility for validating and deploying any SOC·AI output in your environment.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to SOC·AI. We retain ownership of the SOC·AI platform, branding, and system prompts. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use without restriction, but we make no representation that outputs are unique or non-infringing.

7. Data Handling

Your use of SOC·AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Queries are processed by Anthropic (Claude) via API. Anthropic does not use API data for model training.
• SOC·AI does not store your query content after delivering the AI response.
• Aggregated usage data (query counts, module usage) is retained for analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERA48 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, SECURITY BREACHES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evera48 LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SOC·AI outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting trysoc-ai@proton.me.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
